50% Stainless Steel and Teflon filled seats for higher pressure and temperature applications. Suits 2 way 3 piece 316 Stainless Steel Ball Valves. Great for V port ball valves where the seat is exposed to the media for longer periods (max temperature rating of 200°C for v ports). Includes valve seats, washers and stem oring. Remember to operate within the pressure and temperature curve and do not site at the maximum temperature consistently. Please note that the 50/50 seat increases the torque of the ball valve as the below table shows. Please note these are no load torques (valve without pressure), we recommend at least a 30% safety margin on top of these torque figures when sizing actuators.
