Personal information
The Process Systems Pty Ltd does not share, disclose or sell any personally identifiable information collected at our site with other companies or organisations.

Process Systems do not collect your details when you use our Internet site except where expressly and clearly indicated (a competition for example). Any names we do use are used expressly for the purpose indicated, these names are never passed to a third party except for a competition sponsor (for example) again this is clearly and expressly indicated.

The use of cookies to collect information

To activate cookies follow these guidelines:

    • Click on the "Advanced" tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
    • Scroll down and find the option in the security section labelled "Cookies".
    • Select the label that reads, "Always accept cookies".
    • Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.

  • Internet Explorer 5.x
    • Select the "Internet Options..." menu item in the "Tools" menu.
    • Click on the "Security" tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
    • From the list of zones at the top of the Security options select the Internet icon.
    • Select the button near the bottom that reads custom.
    • In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads, "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)".
    • Select the option marked "Enable".
    • Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
The use and disclosure of personal information
Under the Privacy Act (Private Sector) we will not disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, share or pass onto any third parties personal information you have provided to us, unless we have your consent to do so.

The only times we would use or disclose information is if:

  1. it is required by law
  2. we believe it is necessary to protect the rights or property of the Process Systems Pty Ltd, a Process Systems Pty Ltd user, or a member of the public
  3. we feel it is necessary to our terms of service

While the Process Systems Pty Ltd undertakes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, no guarantee can be given that information sent over the Internet is always 100% secure. Sending and receiving information over the Internet is at the user's own risk, however we will do everything possible to ensure your data security once we receive it.

  • The Process Systems Pty Ltd will never request your credit card details in an email. Do not ever submit your credit card details in email format.
